• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days and complete deletion within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. We are pursuing SOC 2 Type II certification. However, no system is completely secure; please notify us immediately at security@trytenera.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.
